EXTENSION TO DWELLING
Completed August, 2016
Our clients brief was to provide a new kitchen, living and dining space that encourages integrated family living. Storage was a big problem in the house so we provided a large new utility room which is hidden away behind the kitchen area.
Making best use of natural light was very important to the client and we achieved this by introducing large corner windows and large rooflights over the kitchen working areas. A 3.0m wide double door opens out onto a composite decking which creates an outside room for use in the summer
RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION
Completed January 2019
The original home was filled with small narrow spaces that had very little natural light to any of the rooms.
We designed a complete renovation that brought volume and vast arrays of south facing sunlight to the all the living areas which transformed this bungalow from a dull and tired looking house into a bright, airy. fun home which is now full of life.
PUBLIC HOUSE RENOVATION

This popular public house in Newbridge got a complete makeover. We designed a new extension to the existing bar area, a first floor extension and a new covered courtyard to the rear making this one of the most impressive pubs in Leinster.
We worked successfully alongside Wayne Martin Interior designs to provide a public house that is world class.

We designed and received planning permission for this contemporary 2-storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling which provides a new living kitchen ding area wrapping around a south facing courtyard. A new master bedroom at 1st floor looks over the new garden.
